Welcome to Baddoo Creative Studio. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our studio space for video shoots, photo shoots, and other creative activities. By booking and using our studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservation: All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system, phone, or in person. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

1.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods as listed on our website.

1.3 Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded.
Cancellation by Studio: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided.

2. Studio Use

2.1 Permitted Use: The Studio may be used for video shoots, photo shoots, and other creative activities as specified at the time of booking. Any other use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

2.2 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are prohibited:

Smoking, vaping, and the use of any open flames.
The use of hazardous or illegal substances.
Any activity that may cause damage to the property or disturb the peace.

2.3 Occupancy: The maximum number of people allowed in the Studio at any one time is 12. Exceeding this limit without prior consent is prohibited.

3. Equipment and Property

3.1 Provided Equipment: The Studio provides certain equipment for use during your booking. This includes lighting, backdrops, and props as listed on our website. Additional equipment may be available for hire.

3.2 Client Equipment: Clients are responsible for their own equipment. The Studio is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

3.3 Damage and Loss: Clients are responsible for any damage to the Studio, its equipment, or property during their booking. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately, and the cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the client.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Compliance: Clients must comply with all health and safety regulations and Studio policies.

4.2 Accidents and Injuries: The Studio is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur during the use of the space. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests.

5. Studio Rules

5.1 Noise Levels: Please be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum.

5.2 Cleanliness: Clients are required to leave the Studio in the same condition as they found it. A cleaning fee may be charged if the Studio is not left in a satisfactory state.

5.3 Respect for Property: All Studio property must be treated with care. Clients will be charged for any damage or excessive wear and tear.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1 Limitation of Liability: The Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our facilities.

6.2 Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their use of the Studio.

7. Photography and Video

7.1 Consent: By using our Studio, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Amendments: The Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.

8.2 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdon

8.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the §remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
